Delete Your Account
Follow the steps below to permanently delete your Jyajo account and all associated data.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting your account will remove all your data including your profile, saved properties, messages, and inquiry history.
How to delete your account

Open the Jyajo app
Launch the Jyajo app on your device and make sure you are logged in to the account you want to delete.

Go to Settings
Tap on your profile icon in the bottom navigation bar, then tap the settings gear icon in the top-right corner.

Select "Account"
Scroll down and tap on Account to open your account management options.

Tap "Delete Account"
At the bottom of the Account page, tap Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm your identity by entering your password.

Confirm deletion
Review the summary of what will be deleted, then tap Permanently Delete to confirm. Your account will be scheduled for deletion immediately.
After confirming, your account enters a 30-day grace period. During this time you can cancel the deletion by logging back in. After 30 days, all data is permanently erased.
What data gets deleted
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Saved property listings and favourites
- All messages and inquiry history
- Uploaded photos and documents
- Search history and preferences
